SEE Psychology & Wellbeing

Psychological assessment, coaching and therapy for adults

About Us

The fundamental goal of SEE Psychology and Wellbeing is to help and support others. We offer adult educational assessments and coaching for specific learning difficulties and associated neurocognitive conditions, and counselling and psychotherapy for mental health conditions.

We provide a completely person-centred and inclusive service, meaning that you understand and are happy with what is happening every step of the way. We will always discuss every avenue of support with you before committing to a course of treatment. Progression of treatment is periodically reviewed to consistently provide useful and productive support.
