How We Work
We provide a high-quality, professional, friendly, and relaxed psychology and wellbeing service. We are fully qualified, accredited, and registered to provide the services detailed on our website. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and are fully compliant with Data Protection guidelines. This guarantees the best quality professional input for individuals, institutions, and businesses alike.
We understand that psychological support of any kind can be an intimidating process to start. We are happy to discuss all avenues of support before any financial commitment is made to help find the best possible way forward for you.
We use Zoom and MS Teams for most of our sessions which means that we can help anyone in the UK. Through client feedback, we have found this mode of working suits most clients because they don’t have to worry about time and cost associated with transport, and they feel less nervous as they can access our support from the comfort of their own homes.
However, while the majority of our clients prefer to see us online, we also offer face-to-face sessions in Surrey (in the south of England), specifically in Guildford, and in Aberdeenshire (in the Northeast of Scotland), specifically in Huntly. If you’re considering working with us and would prefer to see us face-to-face, please detail this in the ‘Contact Us’ form and we can discuss your needs.
Please contact us for more details regarding pricing. We offer different pricing models depending on the service that you require.
For all practitioners at SEE, therapy and counselling sessions are 50 mins and take place via Zoom or MS Teams, or in person (just let us know if you prefer an in person appointment when you contact us).
Assessments for Adult Educational Learning Difficulties and Neurodevelopmental Conditions take place online (via Zoom or MS Teams) and will last approximately 1.5-2 hours depending on the complexity of your assessment. Assessments with children and adolescents are more involved and take longer. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your needs.
Please get in contact if you have specific availability or location requirements. Just fill in the contact form with your details and we will be in touch within two working days of receiving your enquiry.
We are based in Surrey in the South East of England (in Guildford) and Aberdeenshire in the Northeast of Scotland (in Huntly), but we work with the majority of our clients via Zoom or MS Teams from anywhere in the UK.
